Key Responsibilities

Assisting in the maintenance, repair, and improvement of facility infrastructure and production equipment
Supporting the development and implementation of facility maintenance plans and schedules
Collaborating with experienced engineers to manage contractors and vendors for facility-related projects and services
Assisting in conducting facility inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs and opportunities for improvement
Participating in planning and executing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability
Assisting with troubleshooting equipment failures and implementing corrective actions to restore functionality
Providing support in developing maintenance procedures, work instructions, and training materials
Coordinating with production, engineering, and other departments to schedule maintenance activities
Assisting in developing and implementing EHS policies, programs, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a safe working environment

Requirements

Fresh graduates are welcomed to kick-start their careers with us
Proactive in initiating improvement suggestions
Good communication skills, systematic & positive problem-solving approach
Demonstrated willingness and enthusiasm to participate in upskilling programs in order to obtain the necessary certifications and competencies
Display highest ethical and professional behavior
Willingness to work in Kulai, Johor
