BUSINESS PROCESS ENGINEER (80-100%)

In the course of further expansion and based on the company's strategy of sustainable, responsible, qualitative and quantitative growth, we are offering in our headquarters in Dietlikon/ZH a position as Business Analyst.​

 

YOUR TASKS

 

  • Evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvements, and develop and implement solutions in close collaboration with various stakeholders, based on their strategic input

  • Ensure the global harmonization of the process landscape, covering all aspects of business development

  • Conduct meetings and workshops, perform requirements analysis, translate business needs into IT specifications, and effectively communicate requirements and results in cross-functional teams

  • Organize and conduct tests of newly developed functionalities and train and support users

  • Manage a diverse array of tasks and be prepared to step into the role of a versatile business analyst when needed

  • Occasionally supervise junior team members

 

YOUR PROFILE

​

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Natural Science, or a similar field

  • A minimum of three years of experience as a Business Process Engineer in consulting, industrial manufacturing, chemicals, or a similar sector

  • Preferably in-depth experience in developing target operating models, process optimization and business transformation, as well as project planning and delivery experience

  • Strong IT skills, advanced proficiency in MS Office, and ideally experience with visualization tools (Power BI or others)

  • Strong analytical skills as well as attention to detail

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with precise verbal and written expression

  • Willingness to grow and go the extra mile and ability to work independently

  • Keen interest in learning about a unique industry and novel processes

  • Fluent in English and good communication skills in German
