ANALYTICAL PERFUMER

Are you passionate about analytical perfumery and looking for a long-term position? In this demanding role you will report directly to our Head of Analytical Perfumery.

Responsibilities

Analyze Fine Fragrance and FMCG benchmarks with modern GC-MS/FID instruments (Pegasus, LECO)
Write demo formulas based on analytical data and based on your olfactive assessments
Analytical interpretation of essential oils in perfumes

Requirements

About 3 - 5 years of experience as an Analytical Perfumer
Degree in sciences and relevant training in one of the renowned perfumery schools
Experienced with fragrance formulation and reformulation
Experienced in interpretation of GCMS data, especially interpretation of essential oils in complex mixtures
Technical knowledge of perfumery materials
Flexibility and ability to work under tight deadlines
Fluent in English (German language skills are a plus)
A strong interest for fragrance reformulation and problem solving
A strong background with ingredients knowledge
Team oriented and interpersonal skills
